On a managed plan, most problems are caught by monitoring before you notice them. But if you’re looking at an uncleared driveway and wondering, here’s the two-minute version.
Check the app first
The app’s status screen answers most questions immediately:
- Paused or idle? Someone may have paused it — easy to undo from the same screen.
- Charging? Mid-storm dock visits are normal: the robot recharges around 20% and resumes around 80%. If it’s docked and charging, it’s working as designed.
- Stopped on route? The live camera view shows what it sees. A trash can, a delivery box, or a snow-buried obstacle in the path is the usual suspect — clear it (pause the robot first) and resume.
Check the dock
The dock needs power. If an outdoor outlet’s GFCI tripped or an extension was unplugged, the robot may be waiting on a dead charger. One glance at the dock’s indicators settles it.
Then just call
Anything beyond that — persistent errors, odd behavior, damage, or a storm that’s simply beyond spec — is a crew problem, not a you problem. Your regional contacts are here; managed-plan storm support exists precisely for these moments. Don’t wrench on the machine yourself; that’s what you’re paying us not to make you do.
